Helping New Leaders Become Great Leaders
No school exists for “How to be a CEO.” First-time leaders of organizations, whether big or small, usually don’t know what they don’t know. They can feel overwhelmed ... in over their heads … yet are expected to lead, nonetheless.
Stressful days turn to sleepless nights. Are they getting it right? Or not? Are their decisions adversely affecting employees and their families? It’s a lot to bear.
SAS Advisory Services guides new leaders to be better businesspeople … relieve the worries ... and get them on the right path. Founder Paul Schulz uses his 30+ years of C-Suite experience to teach CEOs and presidents how to work “on” a business, not “in” it. Serving as a trusted confidant and sounding board, he partners with leaders to tackle challenges with confidence and clarity, and stay out of the “weeds.”
Are you this new leader - excited yet unsure? Don’t go it alone. Contact us today. You have every reason to seek advice … especially from someone who wants you to be the best you can be, for all those depending on you to do so.
About Paul Schulz
Paul Schulz, the “CEO Shepherd,” has held every position in the “C-Suite.” He understands well the challenges and opportunities of leadership. He knows it can be “lonely at the top,” too.
Paul has served as CEO, CFO, COO, Senior Vice-President and Controller for a variety of companies, primarily in manufacturing. All were mid-size or large operations; some family-owned, some publicly.
Paul never forgot his first foray into leadership. He felt uncertainty and, yes, a bit of fear. He would have welcomed the counsel of someone who’d “been there.” Having retired from a CEO role in 2021, Paul realized he could be this person for others.
Paul focuses on helping leaders transform their organizations with open engagement and positive energy. It’s worked for him. It will work for you.
